At first I was very skeptical about Bach flowers, however I used them as Laura Pitarque told me and I also put them on my plants. Laura is a person who had always a special character. I have known her for a long time and I can affirm that her positive energy, her calm, her generosity and sensitivity make her reach anyone. My first experience with the method was at a critical moment. I had tremendous back pain and an even bigger grief and regret. After her therapy I discovered the reason for the suffering I was experiencing and I left relaxed and painless in my body. This moment was a starting point, a before and after because it changed my life.
